About Allouve

Data and technology for the people who power good.

We help nonprofits and the funders who back them build the data and AI capability to lead. We bring the rigor of top-tier consulting to organizations that rarely get access to it, and we do it with warmth.

Why we exist

The organizations doing the most good deserve the same quality of data and technology as the largest companies in the world.

For too long, world-class strategy, data, and AI have belonged mostly to organizations with the biggest budgets. The nonprofits and foundations closest to the hardest problems, the ones with the deepest knowledge of their communities, have made extraordinary impact with a fraction of the tools.

We started Allouve to change that. We work alongside mission-driven organizations to build the data and AI capacity that helps them see clearly, decide well, and do more of what they set out to do. Real tools their teams run, and the confidence that comes with them.

Today we serve nonprofits, foundations, and the systems that support communities, with a focus on workforce development, youth-serving organizations, and place-based ecosystems. We bring a level of craft our clients tell us they rarely find, and we make it feel like a partnership the whole way through.

We believe the organizations bettering the world should have the best tools to do it, and the joy of using them well.

That belief shapes how we hire, how we build, and how we show up for every client.

What we value

Five things we lead with.

They're not words on a wall. They're how we choose our work and how we treat the people we do it with.

01

Purpose

We are purpose-driven, and we seek to create meaningful change in the world. The mission comes first, always.

02

Trust

We hold a high standard for our work and stay devoted to the long-term success of our clients, our teams, and their communities.

03

Wonder

We stay curious about the problems we solve. We work from a place of known unknowns and lean into the discomfort of uncertainty.

04

Innovation

We look for the better way, pairing new tools with hard-won judgment about how to use them well.

05

Joy

We begin and end with joy. The work is serious, and it can still be a genuine pleasure to do together.

What makes us different

We build real capacity, and stay in your corner.

Plenty of good programs will hand a nonprofit an assessment, a framework, or a training. That's a real gift. We do the next part: we build the tools and systems, integrate them into how a team actually works, and grow your team's ability to run them.

Each stage stands on its own, so you're never locked in. Your team can carry the work forward on its own, and we stay because you want us there, helping your capacity keep growing.
