The opportunity

A national foundation had spent a decade transforming a local youth ecosystem. The evidence, the stories, and the data all existed, but they lived in separate channels and local knowledge. What was missing was a single, clear picture that could guide what came next.

More than thirty-five in-depth interviews with the people closest to the work, an exploration of the history and local wisdom, and a synthesis that brought data, insight, and authentic community voices into one narrative and a clear direction forward.
